Pros
Competitive compensation and benefits. Hybrid work policy- requires in office attendance 3 days each week. Capital One has a rigorous hiring process and hires talented and intelligent associates.
Cons
Anyone that has worked there for any meaningful period of time will tell agree that their Performance Management process is by far the worst part of Capital One. Having been there for over 2 decades, I've seen many talented high performing associates be unfairly forced into a low rating and managed out.
