Culture is aimed toward younger works. The are over-emphasizing diversity , creating many business group networks, in order to imply inclusiveness- but by splintering the many groups, Asian, Black, (yes) Hispanic, disabled-"capabilities" , LGBTQ, Veterans, Women, Women in tech, blacks in tech, Hispanics in tech, they seem to have covered all the groups that one cannot discriminate against in terms of employment - except over 40 workers, Who are being edged out.
