other tech recruiters are helpful and friendly.
Cons
There is no tolerance for human error and ridiculous amounts of work. Each recruiter will have the workload of about 2-3 individual recruiters. Tech recruiting will burn you out unless you have a dedicated sourcer. Unrealistic metrics to fulfil w/out the slight chance of promotion or conversion to fulltime. Process changes constantly and you're expected to not make any mistakes
