Business Outlook
Pros
The carer team are a great bunch of people, management aren't perfect but definitely are willing to sort things out if you have a problem. Great if you are in dire need of a job, solid option for a first job as well. Once you are in a routine, you will be able to do the job easily. If you can survive two weeks, this company will find you work for life.
Cons
The job is very difficult, sometimes clients who need equipment won't receive it quickly enough, there are occasional scheduling problems. The pay is only for time that you work, so if you have an 8 hour shift, but only work 5 hours (ten 30 minute calls), then you'll make £50 instead of £80, as you aren't paid for travel time. Fuel money doesn't actually cover the cost of your fuel.
