Horrible place to work - Loan Department Central Bank Employee Review

Working here was horrible. Management are micro managers with little knowledge of their field. Multiple complaints to HR and upper management on certain employees and managers actions did nothing to solve the problem, only made existing issues worse and a more hostile work environment. Favoritism is definitely a problem here.
