Pros
Working at Central Bank was always a positive day-to-day work environment, and I had nice coworkers. Generally, the people who banked there were very pleasant too, with few exceptions. I thought the pay was very good for a part-time job!
Cons
When I worked there, sometimes the computer systems weren't reliable and would crash in the middle of important things. My facility was chronically understaffed which occasionally resulted in frustrated customers.
