Pros

Sedentary desk job. Not physically demanding. When I worked there they had a really good insurance plan.

Cons

As a call center for a bank, this job requires you to take a lot of grief from customers all day long. This is a high stress job. There is not a lot of back up from management. The policies and procedures that are in place do not do a very good job of helping you satisfy the customer.
