Management has reasonable expectations of employees The environment is professional and supportive Hard work often acknowledged and rewarded (including with appropriate raises)

Remote work is not allowed. (I think this job could be done on a hybrid schedule pretty easily)

Some good people and lots of locations

Outdated technology for both customers and employees, low pay, unrealistic goals
