Customer Service should be first - Part Time Teller Central Bank Employee Review

Central Bank has become too sales focused over the past couple of years. I quit because meeting goals in sales (credit cards, investment services,etc) apparently is more important than giving good customer service. You can be punctual, never miss work, cover for other employees but on your annual review what matters is if you met sales goals or not.
