The recognition that you receive around the community as a member of this organization is terrific. People truly respect and admire the tradition and longevity of the company. One of the best things about it is I know I would be a customer of this institution even if I wasn't an employee. That shows me their doing something right. The people there are fantastic, downhome and friendly. There is a great level of respect among employees, and it shows that everyone cares for one another.
