- the salary is around average in the industry, and that's not right for a company that always say it's the best and has the best employee, maybe they should be payed as the best - benefit packages are minimalist at best - training opportunities are almost non-existent excepting if you want to spend your own time - it took months to improve the hardware, some new bigger ssds even if they were asked with quite good arguments - the big management is bad, management board is cut of from the values that the people from the company have, as a "people company" they presented for months that everything is ok during corona and in one day just announced that we are closing two offices and more measures will be taken, afterward we it was found that this was in order to keep the ever growing profit and in two month the recruitments are soon to start - no one really trust the management anymore
