      Pros

      Very flexible arrangements to tailor my private schedule better. A lot of experience and expertise in the teams.

      Cons

      There have been hierarchies introduced which brought many bosses to the highest positions, but it is rare to also find a leader there. A lot of manager positions are being filled externally, rather than developing our own people.
