Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're happy with your colleague member discounts. Many of our colleagues in our food stores are on part time contracts and we endeavour to have work patterns that fit around individual requirements as much as we possibly can. Our roles are advertised with a range of shifts that reflect the opening hours of our stores, which in convenience retail will include bank holidays and weekends. Rotas are shared at least 3 weeks in advance and we recommend that if you're having any difficulties with your shifts, particularly if your availability has changed in anyway, to discuss this with your manager.
