Pros

The staff discount was quite good

Cons

High turn over of staff, seemed to care more about KPI's than staff themselves, I phoned in sick following an injury I sustained at work the evening before and was told to come in and they would put me on a chair behind the kiosk, completely forgetting the fact that I would be on my feet more often than not getting cigarettes and lottery tickets. Hence Left

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
