Our stores have a well-defined management structure. Each store is led by a Store Manager, who oversees everything. They get support from Operations Managers, who look after several stores. In addition, we have Customer Team Leaders, like yourself. You'll know first-hand how important this role is. As a key holder, our Team Leaders help keep things running smoothly and take ownership of the store while on shift, whether the manager is there or not. Our team leaders are there to support Customer Team Members, making sure they can give our customers the best experience.
