3moThank you for your feedback, it's great to know that you're enjoying your role supporting your local community. We understand your frustration when trying to carry out tasks during peak periods. We would always advise that customers are prioritised during these times, however we recommend talking to your manager to discuss your concerns. These conversations could involve discussing more efficient ways of working or amending the times of any scheduled breaks to ease the pressure you may be feeling.
