You have raised some useful points too. Customer Team Members do a wide range of tasks across the store and we try to give colleagues as much variety as possible, from working different areas to learning new skills. For anyone who wants to progress, there are also opportunities to take on extra responsibility, shadow different parts of the store operation or explore development pathways toward other roles.
We understand that dealing with difficult or unhappy customers can be challenging at times. Providing great service is an important part of the role and we know it can take patience and confidence, especially in busy moments. We encourage colleagues to support one another and to speak with a Team Leader or Store Manager if they ever feel unsure or need some guidance.
Thank you again for your feedback and for sharing both the positives and the things that could feel difficult. It helps us understand what matters most to colleagues.
