All colleagues should receive the breaks they are entitled to, and it is something we take seriously because rest and wellbeing are a key part of working safely and fairly. If you ever feel you are not getting the right breaks, it is always worth raising it with your Store Manager or a Team Leader so they can look into what is happening and make sure the right support is in place.
