We’re genuinely concerned to read your comments around colleague safety. The safety and wellbeing of our colleagues is extremely important to us, and where anyone feels that this is not being prioritised, that is something we take seriously.
We would strongly encourage you to raise these concerns through our internal channels, either with your line manager, People team, or through our safety and colleague feedback processes. These routes allow us to better understand the specific issues and take appropriate action.
