      Pros

      People you work with are amazing overall

      Cons

      Work life balance, Bassically there is none if u want to work 50h + weeks only be paid 39 and on a low job this is the place for u. They under staff the stores purposely making it impossible to complete all the task they say need to be done affecting customer service and availability in stores. No reward and recognition for the hard work u do, don’t care about staff security unless u are in head office. Staff are generally demoralised and over worked.

I'm concerned to hear about your claims that you are working over time and not being paid for it and ask that you raise this with HR immediately because this should not be happening in your team. Regarding not having time to complete tasks, you may be interested in learning more about our Leading the Way programme which food colleagues and Co-op Digital are working on which helps simplify tasks for colleagues making work life easier day to day.       Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
