I'm concerned to hear about your claims of you not being paid hours that you have worked and ask that you raise this immediately with HR and if you know of fellow colleague who have experience this they also need to do the same so this can be looked into. I'm sorry to hear that you think working at the Co-op is similar to working for a sweatshop. There are many teams across the Co-op who are working on ways to make day to day task easier and quicker for food colleagues so that they can concentrate on looking after our customers in store, we also have teams who spend their time listening to feedback and communicate this across our business on a weekly basis so that changes can be made if needs be.
