Don’t work at coop in Scotland - Customer Service Co-op Employee Review

In my store: There is little to no confidentiality Customers are gossiped about and staff members. Managers tell you over the head set and radio that you are dumb and slow (when you have a learning difficulty) Managers also try to hit on you whilst you are working, to the point you feel you have to resign. On staff nights out they all do drugs. Inconsiderate to university students. They make you work full time when you are part. Managers stand in the stock room betting on their phones and watching the football, making lower down staff work. When you want to resign managers make it difficult and refuse to let you hand in written resignation.
