      Can be enjoyable yet frustrating also. - Team Leader Co-op Employee Review

      Pros

      In my shop the biggest pro is the customers, 90% of them are the reason i enjoy working. It is a small town and we have many regulars who are very nice.

      Cons

      Managing to book holiday, in my shop it is first come first serve, so someone can go in and book holiday for the whole of june which means i cant book any time off... WHY?! Work load... sometimes... Somedays will be nice with an achievable amount of jobs and other days we will have a long list of jobs which is near impossible to get done, so we either have to stay later (past 11) or get moaned at the next day. :(

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
