      Pros

      You get a bit of discount on overpriced food

      Cons

      The customers stink The staff stink Over worked under staffed it’s a joke of a company ! Run around for 7 hours of your shift like a headless chicken. Dealing with customers delivery drivers self service tills Amazon orders dpd orders all this whilst expected to serve customers and put stock out on the shop floor . Whilst your team leaders sit outside the front of the store vaping complaining about how overworked they are . Whilst you continue to deal with the customers and deliveries absolute joke of a company . 20 min break to shovel some reduced food down you neck and back to it. 12 hr contract and constantly given 30+ hours !

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
