      Pros

      Good Work environment and accommodating colleagues. Across the board raise scheduled for the end of 2015, all salaries will be increased by 10%.

      Cons

      Monotonous work/repetitive. The advancement opportunities are poor also. I know team leaders and above me in position as they may be they only account for an increase of one rung on the corporate ladder, these are people who have 10+ years experience in the chain and maintain a role in the store and still pack shelves for around the same pay as a new start like me.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
