      Pros

      Challenging, stretching and target driven. As a Store Manger, I have full autonomy over how I coach my team and how I deliver results. Seen many changes in the business, all for the right reasons.

      Cons

      Store Manger Salary hard to negotiate any increase. Slightly out of line with competitors. Increased workloads, but who hasn't seen that over the past few years. Most Operations managers are fair to understand frustrations however.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
