      Pros

      Hybrid working and flexible working opportunities - its about getting the work done not where or when you do it Work within a great team - right balance between having fun and getting the work done Live and breathe the values and Ways of Working - not just a tick box exercise they come through in everything the team do

      Cons

      Not all teams are like TA&D which can some times make working together harder than it needs to be There is a tendency to over governance Can often be changing deadlines with very short notice asks

      Thank you for your 5⭐review. Our TA&D team are dedicated to attracting, selecting and developing talented individuals who represent our diverse communities. With our hybrid working policy we can provide more flexibility to accommodate a wide variety of needs and enable employees to work in ways that's best for them. We still aim to provide the connection and positivity of working in a fun environment and it does sound like the balance is right for you and your team. We recognize that there can be challenges when collaborating across different teams but genuinely believe that all Co-op colleagues are doing what matters most and aim to succeed together.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
