Terrible Management and Understaffed Store - Customer Team Member Co-op Employee Review

The management was consistently poor, with the store always being understaffed, making it impossible to manage a large store with just two employees. The expectations were highly unrealistic, as I was often running around trying to complete tasks, yet still received constant negative feedback from the manager and team leader to work faster. The workload was overwhelming, and the environment became extremely exhausting, both physically and mentally. It felt like no matter how much effort I put in, it was never enough.
