We understand that feeling like you're carrying more than your fair share of the workload can be incredibly stressful. It's important to us that all colleagues, including managers and customer team members contribute equally and feel supported in their roles. We believe that you should talk to your manager and explain how you are feeling so that better teamworking and accountabilities are clearer for everyone.
Please make sure that you take the breaks you're entitled to and again, if there are concerns that you're not able to do this, raise this with your manager.
