      Disappointed by upper management - Customer Team Member Co-op Employee Review

      Pros

      - The team leaders in this store are absolutely excellent and worth their weight in gold - staff discount - marginally above minimum wage

      Cons

      - Shift patterns can be unfairly allocated due to a lack of staff - Chronically understaffed - No manager for about a year now - staff expected to struggle on even though we are making them insane amounts of money as a flagship store! We absolutely need a manager - area manager doesn’t seem to care or help when needed

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
