Welcoming and Kind - International Leadership Trainee Coca-Cola HBC Employee Review

During my ILTP application, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the brilliant minds that make Coca-Cola HBC such a special place. From the very beginning, I was met with an astonishingly friendly approach, with kind and laid-back staff. In Kraków, I gained practical training and exchanged a few laughs with the team. They even treated me to coffee, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me, not just my résumé. Everyone was very laid-back yet very passionate. While interviewing with the Warsaw team, I was met with the same approach. They asked great questions and really wanted to explore my ideas and values to understand who I am. Moreover, Jan, who supported me along the way, consistently reached out to check if everything was going well. I am truly grateful for the support, and I can’t wait to join the team in April.
