Pros
You learn to be organized and to manage your time properly. The company provides a car and a selfphone but there are specif miles you can use the car (due to fuel limit). It is a very good school as we love to say in Greece. They learn you all they know about retail industry.
Cons
You must work at least 10 hours a day plus work at home. There is a lot presure from the teamleaders in order for the results to come. If the competition kicks you out of a perticular store then your job is in great danger. You have to do many things at the same time so there is not even 15 time break.
