possibility to change different departments and move to different countries in the company, as a beginner you could get a training and later is all about nepotism
Cons
constant changes of company vision, not having clear responsibility, lack of clear communication from senior management, blame culture, a lot of nepotism on all levels, overtimes not paid, woman not treated equally, adjusting performance results for presentation as needed
