Pros
It is an international company with an entrepreneurial DNA who attracts good talent due to its strong brands. It is well recommended for entry level positions as you can learn a lot, get exposed to best in class training and fairly quickly take your next steps within the Organisation assuming you meet your performance targets.
Cons
The Organisation lost its people orientation. To much micromanagement made it an introvert working environment where much of time is spend to satisfied internal requirements to secure your bosses position. Loyalty isn‘t valued and i would rather call it a very political Organisation. Life Time balance doesn‘t exist and you will be asked to work over weekends etc
