      Pros

      A great company and team. Great training and opportunities to grow. Good salaries for Romania, I worked in sales and with the incentive and bonuses I was earning over the average salaries.

      Cons

      The volume of work sometimes is bigger that the actual working time so you have to do overtime (often not paid).
