Pros
Huge international company which provides the ability to interact with colleagues located in different countries. Good starting salary and generally knowledgeable employees and good working environment.
Cons
Work/life balance is a big problem. No clear career path which may result in being stuck in the same role for years. If you demonstrate good PR though you may evolve quickly and not necessarily because you deserve it more than other employees.
