This is completely my perspective. 1. Top Tier IT Services Company. 2. Growing Company(Beat wipro in Q4,2011 and on the way to surpass infy in Q1,2012). 3. Handful of projects for the future. 4. Nice Work Environment. 5. Good Team(In my case). 6. Awesome Social responsibilities undertaking called OUTREACH. 7. Incentives :D
Cons
1. Not a Competitive package for freshers. 2. Paid transport facility for regular shift employees. 3. A bit of regional bias which is there in every company depending on the location of work. 4. HQ being chennai (almost 16 locations) which is a great problem for other region people to survive because of the language barrier. Hindi doesn't work well here..!! 5. Cafeteria doesn't offer great food except for the Juice counters. 6. SUDEXO coupons not available. Only meal pass prepaid card for HDFC account holders. 7. Goodies are not provided in other locations like in chennai.
