Pros

1. Not that much of work pressure. 2. I thought for like 10 mins, cant find any other point rather than point number 1.

Cons

I have been working in level Assoicate (Sr. Software Developer) for since I joined CTS and still after 5 plus years I am in the same level. My freind who has exactly the same number of Days as expeiernce (9 years) has now joined CTS as Manager but I am still awiting for my term to get promoted to Senior Associate Level ( Teach Lead) after that it comes Manager Position. This shows how they treat their existing employees. They might give you a hnadsome pay at the time of joining but later you are on GODs hands, if luckily by any chance you get onsite then good else you will have to get satisified with the false promises made my your managers. So I can List down the Cons to points as 1. NO PROMOTION 2. HIKES par below Market Standard. (My Current Package is less than No of years Experience) 3. Works on Technolgies that are from Stone Age.( They will emphasise everyone get certfied on Cloud like AWS, Azure or Google but on reality you have to work on same outdated projects, even if you get certfied). In Summary if you have only got one offer then join CTS else its better to join any other companies.

Pros

Cognizant can be a great place to work at. You have to be self-motivated and driven. You won't often be given a script on how to do your job well. But if you are willing to search for new opportunities, you will find success.

Cons

Just like many other tech companies, layoffs are happening all the time. This often brings many projects to a complete halt. Management never communicates when someone is laid off. And when they are laid off, they often never back fill positions, leaving existing team members working the equivalent of three jobs at once. Most teams there are skeleton crews, ensuring that they cannot reach their full potential.
