Pros
Onboarding is well done but a bit of follow-up may be necessary to be 100% effective. As my first job I learned a lot about manufacturing teams, productions tools and Lean/Six Sigma Procedures. Collaboration between coworkers is great, there are disagreements like any company but we all learn from each other and extending your hand to others helps each other in the long run. Mistakes happens and feedback is given to you and its up to you to work on it Pay is average as are the benefits.
Cons
Promotions are tough to get, it is a very competitive environment where more often than not, Network, Seniority or relations with manager is the deciding factor than knowledge or results. I think work balance between teams is an area of opportunity, some teams or members have an overloaded workload and others have a very light schedule, so distributing some of it may benefit everyone
