Pros
I have worked with the company in software engineering roles in one location in the midwest. I have had a good work-life balance and normal 40-hrs-a-week working hours. Company has several office locations around the world although they serve different markets and problems spaces. Benefits are reasonable. Interesting technologies and products are being developed. Company sponsors work permits and Green Card for foreign nationals.
Cons
Can be slow to adopt best practices and change. Continuous improvement can get much better. Several locations have physically poor office facilities lacking windows and sunlight, suboptimal indoor temperature and air quality. Several projects and office locations/areas are restricted and can be accessed by US citizens and permanent residents only. Foreign nationals can feel not included and treated lower in multiple instances. Pay can be better.
