Women are disparaged and put down; rarely promoted to positions of leadership even though there is a “Women in STEM” initiative. Bonuses and titles cut after the UTC merger. Leadership is non existent unless you consider humiliation a motivation for performance. With the current aerospace environment there are many other companies to look at who will value you as an individual. Collins has grown too big to recognize individuals.
