      Competitive salary. Friendly work environment with team building activities.

      Cons

      Will require you to work over 40 hours without question. Cut sick time by 70% in 2023. Company consistently agrees to unrealistic deadlines and schedules. Management does not empower you or support you.

      Pros

      quality "engineer" work are easy.

      Cons

      i used the word "engineer" loosely as we don't do any engineering work. We track customer returns, sign waiver, place stop ship and data entries. They make you do continues improvement but will not spend money or allow you to implements the improvement. It just checking the box to say they do it. New boss make you push waiver so they can ship out products to meet their numbers. there is no internal promotion so forget about. Do 4 RIF and then ramp up hiring 3 months later.
