Pros
1. It used to have good benefits as combined PTO time. 2. If you manage to have good connections, you may have endless opportunities for promotion, without the need for proven skills.
Cons
1. No longer good benefits. 2. Compensation below industry standard. 3. If you ever disapproved/argued a decision of some of the ignorant higher-level people, You should forget about future promotions or a better position within the entire corporation!
