      Extremely poor compensation for the work and the hours. 8+ years exp employutee gets paid only 13-14 Lpa in Bangalore Absolutely no benefits and perks when compared to the company's global reach and turnover Overworking and unrealistic deadlines. Long hours are glorified. Absolutely no work life balance
