      Pros

      401k Match and RTX Stock Plans are good on day one. The production associates are the main driving force of the company.

      Cons

      Site is run like the 1960's. Hasn't innovate since then and burning cash due to lack of leadership making morale very low amongst the associates. Pay could be better for such a rich company.
