You start as a contractor and constantly reminded you could be replaced when ever. No training, your training is following someone that has been there for about 3-6 months. You need to follow their policies but they refuse to provide you a copy of said polices with the reason "We can't provide that to contractors." So management is getting mad at you constantly asking if XYZ is in policy saying "You should know this." but then refusing to give you details about the policy.
