Pros
Benefits are good. Great team to work with. PTO plan is very nice
Cons
Upper management does not care. Constant cost constraints and hiring freezes. Management and HR always state there is no money for raises besides the "2.5% merit raise" per year (not even guaranteed). Constant additional work being piled on with no additional pay. Actual pay ranges are hidden from employees by HR.
