      The culture is very focused on personal and professional development and helping the individual employees reach their goals. Also, I've never worked for a company so interested in employee morale and quality of life of its employees.

      Cons

      The program deadlines can occasionally make for a very stressful environment, but this is ubiquitous across the industry.
