Pros
It’s a job, keep seeing employment until you land something better. Your callers will be the ONLY reason you put up with the micromanaging and inconsistencies. Keep your head up and seek therapy.
Cons
No pay increase is provided, regardless of promotion to positions such as Lead, QA, Processor, or Supervisor; employees remain at their starting rate. Performance grading is inconsistent, and training materials often do not align with current practices. Employees frequently receive conflicting guidance from multiple supervisors regarding updated company policies. Additionally, there have been multiple reports of improper overtime pay, so all compensation should be carefully reviewed for accuracy. “Special projects” are often used as a substitute for proper staffing, assigning additional responsibilities without hiring needed personnel. These assignments are not accompanied by bonuses or meaningful compensation; instead, employees may receive minimal incentives, such as a slight extension to their lunch break.
