Very minimal but best part would be the coworkers
Cons
Horrible leadership. New leader in charge and has not spoken to the group once since leading Finance and Accounting. No vision, no investments, no client focus, forces us to lie to customers, no merit increases, no incentives to do better, no plans, every plan made we sink hundreds of thousands of dollars into and we reverse the plans time and time again. IT servers going down daily on teams, no escalation points, no support when facing customers, no value given to staff. Everyone is treated as they can be replaced tomorrow.
